Attached is an example of improved evaprator performance in an open air refrigerated display case / cabinet.
The system improvements with regard to air flow, air curtain, and shelf corrections each impacted performance, but could not prevent the case for being overloaded in the extreme pull down requirements of this test.
The test requirements required pull down of product temperature from ambient temperatures within a sixteen hours, followed by a 1/2 product exchange (again roon temperature product) and a pull down within ten hours.
While the baseline could never reach set point under these conditions, the XDX system satisfied the test requirements.
