XDX unit is frosting over

I have a Beverage Air freezer that the XDX unit is frosting up and the evap coil is not getting down to operating temp to turn on the evap fan. I have called tech support at BA and told me to replace XDX unit. I did and it is still doing the same thing.

Considering you replaced XDX and the problem isn't solved, the cause is most likely non-XDX related. All troubleshooting rules hold true with XDX installed.
